2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all purchases made through the Seller’s webshop and govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these T&C.

3. Customers (B2B Focus)
The webshop primarily serves business customers (B2B).
• A business customer is defined as any legal entity or individual acting in the course of its professional or commercial activity.
• Consumer protection regulations applicable to private individuals do not apply to B2B transactions.
If a Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected unless explicitly excluded by law.

4. Products
The Seller specializes in the sale of used, demo, and refurbished professional audio, lighting, video, and stage equipment.
• All products are described individually and truthfully to the best of the Seller’s knowledge.
• Minor signs of use, scratches, or cosmetic wear may be present and do not affect functionality unless otherwise stated.
• Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

5. Prices & VAT
• All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.
• VAT is charged to EU customers without a valid EU VAT ID.
• VAT is not charged to:
• EU customers with a valid EU VAT ID
• Customers outside the EU
NO TAX INCLUDED applies unless stated otherwise.

6. Payment Terms
• All sales are prepayment only.
• Orders are confirmed after receipt of full payment.
• Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout or on the proforma invoice.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

7. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated individually after order placement.
• Customers will receive a proforma invoice including shipping costs.
• Express shipping may be available upon request.
• Customers may arrange shipping via their own forwarder; in such cases, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon collection.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.

8. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the Customer only after full payment has been received by the Seller.

9. Warranty & Condition
• All equipment is tested prior to sale.
• Unless otherwise stated, used products are sold with a limited 21-day functional warranty.
• Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use, transport, or modification
• Third-party repairs

10. Right of Withdrawal
• B2B transactions: the right of withdrawal is excluded.
• Consumers (if applicable): may exercise their statutory 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with EU law, except where exclusions apply.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

11. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption
• Damage occurring during transport by third-party carriers
Liability is limited to the net purchase price of the product concerned.

12. Complaints & Claims
Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

14. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of order placement shall apply.
