Purchasing through STF is straightforward and secure
Placing an order with STF is simple. Just submit your order through our website, and we will send you a pro forma invoice covering the selected equipment and any applicable shipping costs.
Your payment is fully protected: funds are held securely until you receive the items and confirm that everything is as agreed.

Please note: orders placed directly on our website always have priority. If you are interested in a specific item, we strongly recommend placing an order promptly. Orders can be modified or cancelled at any time via the My Account section before shipping.

Payment terms
We do not accept payments by credit/debit card or PayPal.
Pro forma invoices are valid for three banking days. If payment confirmation is not received within this period, STF reserves the right to make the item available to other buyers.
If you choose to pay in a currency different from the one stated on the invoice, additional bank fees may apply.
Please do not convert the amount manually – always use the IBAN corresponding to the invoice currency.

VAT invoice information
After the transaction is completed, we issue the final VAT invoice dated on the payment date.
A pro forma invoice is not suitable for bookkeeping purposes, which is why the final invoice is required for accounting and VAT records.
Please note: the final invoice is for documentation only – payment has already been completed based on the pro forma invoice, and this is clearly indicated on the document.

Item Condition
The Seller confirms that all listed items are fully operational unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Product descriptions are provided accurately and in good faith, based on the Seller’s best knowledge at the time of listing.
If you have any questions regarding the condition, usage, or cosmetic state of an item, we strongly recommend contacting STF prior to placing an order.

Payment & Pricing
All purchases are prepaid.
All prices are shown net of VAT, excluding shipping costs, import duties, and any applicable customs fees.
VAT applies to EU customers who are not VAT-registered in their country of residence.
VAT is not charged for:
• Customers outside the EU or the United Kingdom
• EU customers with a valid VAT number (intra-community supply)
Once an item is added to the cart (unless marked as Local Pickup), STF will issue a pro forma invoice including estimated freight costs.
The base currency is Euro (EUR).
Any currency conversion is determined on the date of invoicing. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
If you prefer to arrange shipping through your own freight forwarder, please inform us in advance.
In such cases, all responsibility and liability for transport, damage, or loss transfers to the Buyer.

Shipping & Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the Seller will prepare the item for collection or shipment as soon as reasonably possible.
All delivery-related costs are borne by the Buyer, including but not limited to:
• Shipping and handling
• Transport insurance
• Import duties and customs charges
The Buyer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
If visible transport damage is detected, a damage claim must be filed with the carrier before accepting the shipment.
Important:
If delivery is required by a specific date, this must be communicated in advance. STF cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
An express shipping option may be selected at checkout where available.

Shipping Insurance
Under our standard shipping terms (Incoterms CPT), full transport insurance is not included.
If full insurance coverage is required, the Buyer must request this in advance. Additional costs may apply.

Returns & Warranty
If an item:
• Is not in working condition as described, or
• Suffers shipping damage due to improper packaging by the Seller
the Buyer is entitled to request repair, replacement, or refund.
To be eligible, STF must be notified within 72 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, except in cases where:
• The item was damaged due to inadequate packaging, or
• The item does not match the Seller’s description
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller
